ZU TISCH!
The food festival ZU TISCH!, held in the heart of Wirsberg, goes beyond the idea of a traditional food event by combining culinary experiences with education and sustainability. With over 80 artisan producers, more than 50 free workshops, talks, live cooking demonstrations, and free admission, the festival – initiated by freakstotable e.V. – sends a strong message in support of regional and ethical food practices and makes them accessible to everyone. Through talks, workshops, and collaborative formats, knowledge is shared, appreciation is cultivated, and communities are activated to work toward a more sustainable future.
